Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates. This product may crystallise over time. This is a natural process and does not spoil the quality of the honey. If honey crystallises, a natural occurrence, place jar in warm water until crystals dissolve.
