About our Service


  1. Place your order with us before midnight Sunday.  Either one-off or recurring.

  2. We order fresh from our suppliers Monday morning.

  3. All the goodies arrive in store on Wednesday and Thursday.

  4. In the local Wellington area from Miramar to Pukerua Bay our own delivery driver brings your order directly from our chiller to your doorstep on Friday usually between 10.30am and 5pm.  Please recycle your packaging, leave your boxes, chiller bags and ice packs outside and our driver will return them to us to reuse.

  5. Other areas we use NZ Couriers to send overnight Bounty Boxes on Thursday afternoons. Your fresh items are kept cool with freezer packs wrapped in insulated bags.   They will be delivered on Friday's also.  We cannot accept recycled packaging from these areas.

  6. COMMERCIAL DELIVERY ADDRESS ONLY!   You can select the chilled or frozen freight option but only if you use a commercial address.  This option ensures your items will be kept chilled or frozen until delivery.  The default if you select this option is to send chilled but if you require frozen (eg if you order meat and want it frozen while it's fresh and to be transported and delivered frozen) please add a note on the cart page saying "send frozen".  Some  rural areas may take 2-3 business days for delivery using this method.

  7. Recurring orders. 

- Set up your recurring order on the website by selecting  "every delivery" when adding your product  and choosing the frequency of your delivery. 

- You can then log into your account and add items, skip deliveries, remove items or cancel your order anytime by selecting "manage your recurring orders" in the "shop aisles" drop down menu or at the very bottom of each page where it says "click here to manage your recurring order".  You will need to be logged into your account.

- Your order and payment will be processed each time on the same day that you placed your original first recurring order.  We recommend starting your recurring order on Friday or Saturday.  This means you will have until Friday or Saturday evening each week to make any changes to your order.
