Lovely Customer Barbara's Dutch Red Cabbage
Shred Red Cabbage (remove large white bits)
Just cover in saucepan with water.
Add
Approx 1 Tblsp Butter
3-4 cloves
Top with sliced apples (about x2)
Simmer till cabbage is tender and drain surplus water if too much.
Add 1 Tblsp vinegar
1 Dessertspoon sugar (optional)
A bit more butter and reheat slowly.
S & P to taste
