Use as an ultra creamy spread for breads and buns or melted as part of a delicious sauce. It is ideal for baking, as it gives your dish additional flavour without altering the salt content. So good in fact, that it has picked up Gold in the butter category of the Champions of Cheese Awards 2019.
The Premium butter taste profile was created with the guidance of Ross McCallum, the founder of Kapiti Cheese. Ross subsequently introduced us to Murray Seamark and Canary Foods – an independent, highly skilled operator recognised as a 2012 Exporter of the Year for their success in 20 overseas markets. Canary has the expertise to blend a selection of the best Export butters to a ‘recipe’ that betters anything else on the supermarket shelf.
